[Friday, September 30, 2005] Exhausted WeekHi..it has been two weeks since I updated this blog. I did not have anytime to post blog. There were many stories lately, hm..let me think first. I have moved from Satelindo office because project there has over. I was sad, because I loved working there because of many reasons. The important things, because It was very close to my home :) the environment was good either, and car park is free!! great right? Okay back to the topic :p Sept 19, 2005 I moved to my lovely office @ Menara Jamsostek -_-; I also brought my PC stuff with my car in the evening alone. New project is coming, I feel both excited and nervous also.I registered for Java training offered by my office. Training started on Wednesday, Sept 21, 2005. Exhausted week started from that day. Training held on 5pm-9pm everyday for a week. The materials were so many and the lecturer gave us homework everyday. Sometimes, I got sleepy and hungry, but I realized that it was my choice to take this training, so I learnt my best ^___^ But not everything can run as good as you wanna be, until now I just finished two from three of my homeworks and have not started to code my final project task. I faced the difficulty to manage my time in doing jobs from my project manager and doing homeworks huaaahhh.. The deadline for the project is this monday. Sept 28, 2005 We had test Java test. Thanks god it was multiple choice test :D Friday Sept 23, 2005 there was office meeting @ Grand Kemang Hotel until evening. I met all my fellows in Jatis Ecom there. My best time is lunch timee! I ate a lot..yeah really a lot until it was hard to breathe..asked yoyo if u do not believe me :p The cakes were really great, full of chocolate!! yummy... Yesterday I did not go to office, because I have to attend an event from Microsoft Indonesia. It was called Community In Touch SQL Server 2005. I arrived 8.15am at Microsoft office in BEJ. I did not know anybody there, except one of Jatis employee but I did not even know his name :p I was single figher there huehehe.. It was start on 9.30am until 5pm. The sessions were fulled with presentations from Microsoft and others narasumber from another IT company. The speakers were great, but I easily got bored and sleepy because some of them discussed about Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005 in technical perspective. It was good to know, that I did not know much about it, feel stupid in that room. But in consequence, It has encouraged me to learn more and more ^___^ The great things from this event: free of charge, free lunch, free Windows XP service pack 2 cd, free microsoft handphone case. Besides that, because I can answer one of their quiz, I won free DVD visual studio 2005 beta 2, sql server 2005, and there is still another one but I forgot :p Thanx to Mi Kocok! After It finished, I went to Atmajaya to wait Ita (my sister) finished her midtest. I did not bring car. Jakarta was so crowded and hectic because BBM crisis! Macet dimana-mana bow.. Sebenernya sih gw bisa aja langsung pulang, tapi ga tega kalo mikirin Ita pulang sendiri naek bis malem2, apalagi bis-bis lg byk yg mogok, pst kan susah nyari bis utk pulang. Ita finished her test at 7pm. Finally I decided to wait for her and wanna accompany her take a bus. I waited her at Plangi. I bought Oceanus eau de toilette at Body Shop and L'arc en Ciel AWAKE cd. I finally went home at 8.30pm. Okay thats the end of my story in the past two weeks. Now I have to finish my homework and project. Actually the deadline is sunday, but this weekend I want to go to Malam Kekerabatan Fasilkom UI, so I have to finished all my tasks today. Posted by Dennita * 4:05 PM |
