[Friday, September 30, 2005] Exhausted WeekHi..it has been two weeks since I updated this blog. I did not have anytime to post blog. There were many stories lately, hm..let me think first. I have moved from Satelindo office because project there has over. I was sad, because I loved working there because of many reasons. The important things, because It was very close to my home :) the environment was good either, and car park is free!! great right? Okay back to the topic :p Sept 19, 2005 I moved to my lovely office @ Menara Jamsostek -_-; I also brought my PC stuff with my car in the evening alone. New project is coming, I feel both excited and nervous also.I registered for Java training offered by my office. Training started on Wednesday, Sept 21, 2005. Exhausted week started from that day. Training held on 5pm-9pm everyday for a week. The materials were so many and the lecturer gave us homework everyday. Sometimes, I got sleepy and hungry, but I realized that it was my choice to take this training, so I learnt my best ^___^ But not everything can run as good as you wanna be, until now I just finished two from three of my homeworks and have not started to code my final project task. I faced the difficulty to manage my time in doing jobs from my project manager and doing homeworks huaaahhh.. The deadline for the project is this monday. Sept 28, 2005 We had test Java test. Thanks god it was multiple choice test :D Friday Sept 23, 2005 there was office meeting @ Grand Kemang Hotel until evening. I met all my fellows in Jatis Ecom there. My best time is lunch timee! I ate a lot..yeah really a lot until it was hard to breathe..asked yoyo if u do not believe me :p The cakes were really great, full of chocolate!! yummy... Yesterday I did not go to office, because I have to attend an event from Microsoft Indonesia. It was called Community In Touch SQL Server 2005. I arrived 8.15am at Microsoft office in BEJ. I did not know anybody there, except one of Jatis employee but I did not even know his name :p I was single figher there huehehe.. It was start on 9.30am until 5pm. The sessions were fulled with presentations from Microsoft and others narasumber from another IT company. The speakers were great, but I easily got bored and sleepy because some of them discussed about Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005 in technical perspective. It was good to know, that I did not know much about it, feel stupid in that room. But in consequence, It has encouraged me to learn more and more ^___^ The great things from this event: free of charge, free lunch, free Windows XP service pack 2 cd, free microsoft handphone case. Besides that, because I can answer one of their quiz, I won free DVD visual studio 2005 beta 2, sql server 2005, and there is still another one but I forgot :p Thanx to Mi Kocok! After It finished, I went to Atmajaya to wait Ita (my sister) finished her midtest. I did not bring car. Jakarta was so crowded and hectic because BBM crisis! Macet dimana-mana bow.. Sebenernya sih gw bisa aja langsung pulang, tapi ga tega kalo mikirin Ita pulang sendiri naek bis malem2, apalagi bis-bis lg byk yg mogok, pst kan susah nyari bis utk pulang. Ita finished her test at 7pm. Finally I decided to wait for her and wanna accompany her take a bus. I waited her at Plangi. I bought Oceanus eau de toilette at Body Shop and L'arc en Ciel AWAKE cd. I finally went home at 8.30pm. Okay thats the end of my story in the past two weeks. Now I have to finish my homework and project. Actually the deadline is sunday, but this weekend I want to go to Malam Kekerabatan Fasilkom UI, so I have to finished all my tasks today. Then I went to CL by myself. I have appointment with Irene in CL at 3.30 pm. She would like to accompany me to the dentist whom is her friend. Because traffic jam on Saturday was very hectic, so I decided not to go home after I had learnt English, I would better wait in CL for a while. I arrived there at 2.30 pm. I was walking around the mall, came in and out all available stores alone. I never walked in mall alone like this since a long time ago. Irene sent me a message that she could not make it at 3.30 pm because of traffic in tol jagorawi hix.. by the way, She came from Bogor just for accompany me :P Irene said that maybe she would arrived at 5 pm. Oh no..another two and a half hours? What should I do? I did not have any idea what must I do, time was running slower if we spent it alone right? Well..I went to Matahari Dept.Store, there was Matahari Jumbo Sale, yes at last I know where I can spend the rest of my time :D I went to cosmetic section, looking forward a good sun block which has a reasonable price. I have some spots in my hands and it was getting more and more, I guessed these spots are the effect because I drive car everyday. Clinique products are great but too expensive for me right now. I did not bring too much money, besides that I have to control my money spent. Then I went to L’oreal, Maybelline and Etude counter, I bought water shine and lip smooth by Maybelline because the price was good and I need those. After that, I went to bodyshop just for windows shopping. I found some UV protections products for face and body. I felt so happy because they cost lower than Clinique has. I bought one of the products, which is special for body and hand protections. After walking around, I start feeling hungry, so I bought 2 breads in Bread Talk. When I was in Bread Talk, Irene called me. Finally she has arrived ^___^ For dinner, we ate at Loco Moco CL. That is a new restaurant with Hawaiian style. I loved the decoration because it was so shiny and cheerful. The foods were average but the beverages were great, and the price was fine. Celebration means eat..eat and eat yippie :D Although I was not the one who graduated on august 27th but I have to treat kmbui juniors also >__< hahaha just kidding.This moment is a great opportunity to re-unite the 0uts1ders which had worked and separated all over Jakarta and even all over Indonesia (hello there ashadi and freddy!!). Celebration was planned to be held on Sunday, September 4th 2005. We have discussed about our plan in mailing list. We wanted to make it different from celebration in previous years. Generally, the celebration took place in one restaurant in Depok for example bakmie margonda or pizza hut. Some of my friends have an idea to have celebration in one of the kost in Depok and bring various kind of foods based on ours preferences, but we prefer not to order foods which had already in Depok City because some people are bored with depok foods hehehe. First, I was pessimist about this idea, because it needed more effort and I was not sure that this plan would be come true as its plan. But finally, the plan was going well. The celebration was succeed. Horray ^____^ The celebration began at 11 am, but I was late because of the traffic jam, I arrived there at 12 pm.. Sam, Deddy, and Alven went along with me. List of foods available are: japanese food (chicken teriyaki and beef teriyaki), pizza, satay, chinese food (I bought them from bakmi Sarirasa near my home that morning), Crab with padang sauce, chicken nugget, french fries, watermelon, and sponge cake. Overall, I felt so happy to be there because I miss u guys!! After had a great lunch, we calculated total price and fee for each person. I guessed some people made this celebration not fun in the end because of their silly games, but who cares anyway hehe..
